I don't think JSA would get that... the theme of the sectorial is mid-short range combat. I would rather some extra love for the HIs, plus some support for them (some deflectors, a linkable or FL2 engineer/doctor...) to make them more viable and also some changes in profiles like Shikami and Mushashi.
Eclipse would be gold in the faction (and some linkable and cheap smoke thrower too), but the other support is also important. BTS in the faction is really bad and as they need to advance they get too far away from engineers and doctors, this also put them in the range of all of the mid field dirty tricks (which may include E/M templates that just will brick them)...
