[N4] Recap: Tohaa Tacticas

Here is a recap of the tacticas on the Tohaa faction, for Infinity N4 (hoping for a come back with Infinity C1).

Major rule update dates: dates to be taken into account, to check the validity of certain rule points that may have changed since the videos were released.:

- Major update to the Fireteam rules, which have been completely rewritten: 03/2022

Three are the Tohaa. Mysterious aliens hunted to extinction by the Combined Army. They came to the aid of the Human Sphere in their common fight against the EI, before disappearing when the Daedalus Jump Gate collapsed, leaving only an expeditionary force that melts away day by day with each new loss, and a mysterious Tohaa mercenary company: the Spiral Corps.

The Spiral Corps owns 50% of the Tohaa faction, while the rest of the Tohaa catalog has been placed on production hold, making the faction difficult to acquire.
And since the Spiral Corps is of Tohaa origin, most of the advice that applies to them can also generally be applied to the Tohaa. So be sure to read their docs.

The faction itself is more geared towards veterans, with its intensive use of fireteam triads and its own rules such as SymbioMates, pherowar tactics and so on. Nevertheless, because of their rare frequency of encounter and vicious exotic tools, they often have the advantage of being able to surprise and crush their opponents.

The faction is very weak on the Hacking front, limiting itself to defensive Hacking with Kamaels, which means it has no remotes available either. The faction plays more on the use of bioengineering than hacking, using symbiomats or mutants instead of bots, for example.

The Tohaa also stand out for their exquisite taste for viral weapons, which have an unnerving cuckoo effect on opponents, who will often start crying, at least 1 time out of 2.
