Whoa, Shinobu Kitsune, Kuroshi Rider and Yojimbo are not in the generic JSA. I guess they are Sectorial only in "OLD" JSA sectorial. Aibot ATOM and the rest shows that CB is a Tezuka Osamu fan. I assume super Karakuri models.
Karakuris are in the new sectorial. Nice I assume Aibots are the FO bot, TR Bot, Guided missile bot and Flashpulse bot Shirayuki, Onna koroshi-ya translates as Snow White, assassin woman. That's intriguing Kyojin killers i bet is the flying unit
Some more translations: Metsuke Officers: Overseer Officers Teishin Guntai: Volunteer Troops Shizoku Kougekitai: Warrior Families Attack Force (Shizoku was minor nobility rank with no special rights created after dissolvement of the samurai class which was made up of former samurai) Kurayami Ninja: Darkness Ninja Kyojin Killer: Giant Killer (Kyojin is for example the word used in the Japanese title of Attack on Titan), possibly Beasthunters remade? Shurayuki, Onna Koroshi-ya: Carnage Snow / Snowblood, Female Contract Killer (Shurayuki is a reference to the manga/movie Shurayuki-hime, officially Lady Snowblood in english) Edit: fixed the last one.
Not so much of a difference, especially for pseudo B5 which is virtually identical to B5. About pseudo B2, you still have the same chances of winning the FtF roll than B2, which is what matters in ORA. You just do less damage. But with a panzerfaust, anyway... One success is often enough :)
I find it interesting that no Metsuke Officers can join any fireteams, I thought they would be the Kempetai equivalent for the Shindenbutai.
Almost no difference it caps the maximum damage possibly to be inflicted to lower levels, probably makes the interaction with saturation zones more punishing too.
Kind of. Just an example (of the many to come, most probably) to prove your whineries were unjustified, as expected. Stay tuned! :)
Anyone else notice the Hatamato having a plasma carbine on its dossier? Bostria mentioned it specifically.
Wasn't really a surprise, but I didn't expect him to have it... it adds another easy piece on the auto-include part of having him in every list.
Plasma carbine was specifically named in the final mission fluff of Sandtrap, so it was not a big surprise to those that have the box. Remember everything previewed is subject to change and may or may not make it to the November release window. N5 must be viewed once released as a full ecosystem.
It seems now quite obvious that the HRL Ryuken will be removed, the Raiden is 95% similar to it. Hopefully, that will maybe leave more room for other loadouts of Motoko Kusanagi! :)
Honestly I have no idea what to think... Senku - cheep, like troop but misses anything for ARO duty... no ML, no Sniper Rifle... I know that with 11BS is nothing, but still i would be nice to have some options... Raiden is cool, and it means I need to find my old Raiden models, but not sure, if it is not to expensive... especially the model with ML Jizamurai... I don't get him, this guy should be CC fighter, but it is pretty slow, have only 1 wound and nothing to fight on long or moderate distance... I know, it dodges pretty good, but well... if you compare him to Domaru... I kinda hoped for something bit different... maybe more shooting oriented with bigger ranges? I still hope there are such units hidden somewhere...
That conclusion seems premature, as the Ryuken and Raiden are in separate sectorials. It'd be like removing the Orc Feuerbach because the Griffin Feuerbach exists.
