While this forum continues to march towards its slow, inevitable death, it has not yet completely petrified. So I keep using the chance to collect my thoughts about the armies I'm painting in one unified space, in a way none of the other platforms out there allow me to do.

And so, with the new year, I decided to open another thread. This time it's about the motley crew of mercenaries and NA2 characters I have collected and painted over the last years that I haven't been able to fit into any of my other threads.

Most of my desire to play Infinity's mercenary outfits comes from two miniatures: Uhahu and the Kunai Solutions Ninja. Both of those units are only playable in very select factions, and I only have the minis to play them as their NA2 versions: Uhahu in StarCo, the Kunai in Druze or White Company. So I'm playing these three factions whenever I want to field one of those two models.

However, over time, I have collected quite the motley collection of Infinity's mercenary cast, most of them painted after their respective studio schemes. So my rosters are actually quite serviceable. Here's what I am able to put on the table for StarCo, Druze, and White Company at the start of 2026:

    StarCo

    Druze Bayram Security

    White Company

The substantial amount of overlap between those factions helps of course, but you might have also spotted some minis I haven't shared before, so stay tuned for those.

Until then, let me close this opening post with the two titular characters I mentioned – Uhahu and the Kunai Solutions Ninja:

The way things are going here in Australia with the under 16 social media ban imposed by the government, I think forums of various types will make a small comeback.

Also, very cool miniatures. Are there any Druze in the sectorial photograph, I could not see any?

I hope you're right. I still think they're one of the best community spaces available. It sure would help if CB had any actual interest in reviving the place.

As for Druze: I have only painted up Arslan so far. I have three Druze here and am planning to paint them up this year, but it may take a while.

Since you're asking for Druze though, here's Arslan at least:

Like pretty much all of my mercenaries, I tried to copy the studio scheme as faithfully as possible:

I realized it might be easier to link to those NA2 minis I have already posted as parts of other threads rather than repost them all here. So here's what you can already find elsewhere:
Alright, with that out of the way, let's take care of the remaining mercenaries. Starting off with an old one that hasn't been featured with updated photos yet:

Honestly that white is both amazing and quite intimidating.

Thanks. It's one of my favorite units and miniatures in the entire game :) I'm so happy I still get to play him in StarCo again, now that I'm not playing Tunguska anymore.

Speaking of StarCo: I had the great luck last year to finally get my hands on the Nomad Digger from TAG Raid – the only Digger miniature I really like. I originally planned to paint him in studio colors like the rest of my Mercs, but eventually decided against it, since I actually have a Nomad force and felt it would look weird next to my other Nomads in StarCo. So instead I used the colors from the Prospector HVT as a reference. It fits thematically, doesn't it?

    Glad you agree :)

We go from StarCo to WhiteCo with this WinterFor Orc, in another attempt to copy a studio scheme all the way down to the snow on the base:

The Cool (in every sense of the word) Orc! Very nice.

On a related note, I hope the forum stays online, and stays in use for things like galleries, links to videos and release announcements for all things hobby related. All those newfangled social medias are entirely too ephemeral for resource sharing. They may be good for casual chitchat and making playdates with fellow enthusiasts, but if what you produce is presumed to have value a week or a year from now, then a forum is the proper format.
