This is the list I used this weekend. I was missing hackers a bit too much to bring to Transmission Matrix and my last match was against the winner of German Masters who this time was playing O-12 as well when we played Countermeasures and on that mission I felt that the other list's higher specialist count was more important. We ended up playing what was nearly mirror lists and I could've won if I hadn't forgotten the Epsilon on turn 2, meaning I was playing without a tactically important HMG and one order down for two turns. (0 | 3) 5 SWC | 300 Points Open in Infinity Army Zeta is a damned beast and anything that locks the Zeta down the Epsilon can usually take care of. If neither can, then running a Varangian up to the hackers' hidey spot will probably solve things in a gory way. I feel the second order group is important in terms of order resilience and Counterintelligence is made for this type of order configuration.
So far I think that we're getting a degree of consensus that if you're running the Zeta you want: Gangbuster KHD as this can protect your Zeta from hacking and provides a defensive perimeter with madtraps, adding to the skirmish screen armour needs; Epsilon HMG to remove AROs that are locking down the Zeta, stuff with TO Camo, ODD and so on. Generally a useful second threat anyway. Varangians to roll with the Zeta as CQB protection, smoke for mobility etc. Generally just very useful in general but definitely very useful in this role. Alpha CoC because your Zeta will (somewhat) inevitably get killed and then you'll feel very silly if you're in LoL. More seriously it means if the Zeta does die you've more of a fighting chance.
