Good report. You have a couple of errors, though: For the Turn order, you keep accidentally referring to Ramah instead of Dashat. The last section trails off into an incomplete sentence. Thank you again for all the great reports you make and share with the community!

Yup, the template attack is cancelled. Makes it harder to use Fiddler's explode because the jackbots can stop each other from exploding. An unresolved (as far as I know) question is whether, if the template is cancelled, the unit still goes to Dead, or whether that part of explode is also cancelled and the unit stays Unconscious.
Spoiler: Damnit we NEED 2 tokens available for reactive player to balance out alpha strikes They really do need to up the number of tokens available to second player for Strategic/Tactical use to two, and add putting a deployable onto the table as an option. That small measure to add a tiny bit more balance against alpha-strikes would be very, very good for Infinity. That and a hacking program that cuts down Firewall protection (specifically, not AP ammo but just halves Firewalls) would be the only two things really needed to fix/rebalance Infinity. Or just add it as a special rule to the ITS scenarios that do not reward going second, even.
In James's defense, he didn't actually spend two command tokens. He did put Aida in suppression, and the comment about two orders from my second pool was me autopiloting writing a battle report. People always do this, so I just wrote it without thinking. I've also got a pretty sizeable backlog now, so my memory being wrong is in play as well. I've removed the text about him docking me orders, and thanks for the catch everyone (@pseudonymmster gets credit for texting me about it within 5 minutes of the report going live, lol). Unsolicited opinion on whether or not multiple command tokens could be used: I'm 100% fine with that--you're burning a very limited resource so go ahead, do the thing. Corsair Kerfuffle
My jealousy increases with all these recent battle reports! :D Amazing stuff in there. I especially love the last one. You don't see CHA reports often these days. Just one minor nitpick: Shouldn't the Rindak have gone straight to dead after that T2 BSG hit, since he's only NWI? Don't think it made a difference, just wanted to make sure I'm not getting something wrong. Reading this, and with McMurrough getting a new sculpt in December, it's gonna be really hard for me not to branch out my Kosmoflot into CHA by acquiring a few more wolves...
