As the topic says, is there any plan to release a specific list of rules that are changing in the edition change. In most other wargames I've played, I encounter people who are still playing with old rules from past editions mixed in with the new rules. Normally these are rules that have been completely removed, but at there is no reference to them in the new rules players don't notice that they no longer exist.
That’s for changes in Army, and the underlying data may be changing too much for that to work across the editions.
