Even then you can do 3 Alguaciles, 1 Brigada and either Wildcard. So you're not really stuck paying for 2 HI.

TI should make all PH checks turn in to ARM rolls, including dodges.

 

What do you guys think of Tsyklons in a Alguacile link? For instance:

- 3 Alg + Tsyklon + MB
- 3 Alg + 2 Tsyklons

How to set it up and is it worth it to put a Dak or Lupe in such a configuration?

 

@ijw Can we run a Gecko Duo with Tsyklon and Lupe? :D Since Tsyklon is a MB and Lupe a Wildcard.

Nevermind. Wildcats not getting any update and Mobile Brigada as well to be honest (just the fireteam options) is kinda sad. Now we will see Tsyklon Feuerbach in a Core fireteam for ARO, maybe a Gecko Duo, Daktari joining all fireteams etc. McMurder is now auto-include to me with the new Total Immunity and Berserk.

 

If one of them had Fireteam: Duo you could.

 

The best thing a Dak/Lupe gives you is the 2nd MB for cheap defensive link. You save ~20pts off 2 x MB/Tsyklons.

So Tsyklon/MB + Wildcard + 3 Algs.

Dak fits in really well with the link if you're running a MB ML or HMG, but has less synergy with a Tsyklon. Lupe is one of the best short-firing lane linked AROs in the game. Put her watching a 24" approach lane and she'll get shit done.

Solo Wildcat Engineer with Zondbot to stand the Tsyklon back up again isn't actually a bad choice as support. Or deploy the Tsyklon on a flank and use a Tomcat Engineer + Zondcat.

I'd probably go with Alg / Valerya as a 'spare' link member rather than in the link to start.

B2 BS15 X-Visor Pitchers are oppressively strong if you have something to exploit them. Which admittedly isn't really CJC's strong point. But Pitchers + suddenly Hellcat AHD is a solid option for defanging TAGs or top tier HI prior to killing them.

 

Many such cases. Never give them a shot back on Corregidor. Can't die to what doesn't shoot back.

 

Well except for all the unhackable BS13+ PH13+ 2W equivalent 'LI/MI' that seems to be all the rage.

Yeah actually SS2 negates almost everything Corregidor can pull. We aren't really equipped for Fireteam busting.

 

I would place Valerya in the fireteam from the start since she gets SSL2 this way and is protected against a KHD who walks into a Tsyklon or Moran repeater range.

 

BERSERK! ;) McMurder and the Senor Massacre fireteam can do the job very efficient.

 

EMauler Bandit is the best option.Or using Smoke to 1v1 multiple members of a link. Or, now, going "fuck it, eat B5 BS16 HMG".

But yeah, I play against very little vanilla. 'Yeah, another SSL2 ML/MSR ARO piece on a sniper tower. This promises to be fun.'

 

So do you guys already have lists on what you want to try out?

I usually really struggle with SWC in Corregidor since I prefer Alguacil LTs, so my first idea is to run a Brigada LT with a Tsyklon, Daktari, Valeria etc in a Core. That way I should have SWC left for two Intruders, some Morans etc

 

The issue is AD. You need to weigh up whether you get more benefits from SSL2 or from not splitting the link with an HTA ARO.

The other issue is HD. With a hacker as part of the link, if you fear HD you need to split the link, Supportware, and then reform the link. Otherwise: suddenly Missiles.

I'd LOVE Valerya to get SSL1 as a 'character Wardriver'. Hell, there's a fair chance that I just pay 1SWC for a Wardriver if it was available.
