The braces look like those from Zhayedan also, but the padding on the arm and the armor screams Khawarij. I am leaning towards Khawas...

 

Arm guard doesn't look anything like Khawarij's. Hand guard and chest plate is identical to Ghulams.

If we were to gauge that based solely on the quality of the miniatures, I would agree as they are quite good. However, the Halqa are no longer listed on the CB store.
