why is shakti listed as a vet troop instead of a charcter

    is this just a bug they never got around to fixing in the app? i just find it weird since its coldfront counterpart is in characters tab

    Rulewise at this moment is no difference, since all Characters count as veterans for ITS purposes, which is where it might count. If it's a bug, please report it in the Army bugs thread :)
