So I'm back with another question. I was just rifling through my list of potential veterans and elites in NCA when I spotted Aida Swanson and was like "She has name, she's character, yes?" But apparently she is not a character but mercenary trooper? Is this intentional? It feels very very odd that someone with name is not character.
StarCo just got less appealing, since its all mercenary characters who won't benefit from this rule, making Hellcats and Brigada mandatory.
He's not a Merc. He's a DBS character so gets the same classification as Druze. IE he's a veteran not a character.
Maybe Aida Swanson is not a character because there is more than one of her, all Shasvastii using the "Aida Swanson" identity.
