Which rulebook to use

I just got all my Defiance goodies in Wave 2 (single shipment). I noticed there's some differences in the online PDF rules and the printed rules that shipped with my boxes. Specifically the online rules for Auto-Medkit say draw two consequences and pick one where the printed rules just say take a consequence.

Which version of the rules is more up to date PDF or print?

The PDF is the beta preview rules from during the Kickstarter campaign, use the printed ones.
