With Assisted Fire: No Remdriver 72.82 - 6.72 With +1 BS: 75.79 - 5.87 With +1 DAM: 76.11 - 6.72 So dam has a higher increase to wound likelyhood than BS in this scenario, but only by 0.32%! OTOH the reduction in chance to get wounded that +1BS affords is also less. Presumably because this matchup is so uneven that Octavia's chances to wound are coming almost entirely from crits, and the crit odds aren't affected by a change to BS.
