NCA can get to 16 orders with a Swiss Guard without too much trouble. Even though their forward deployed units have some issues, you can get up the table a few ways.

Garuda and peacemaker are both attack pieces that can start up the table. The peacemaker can make it more difficult for an opponent to grab the supplies uncontested because of the flamethrower+gun and the repeater extending you hacking radius. Putting a fusilier hacker in your core team can negate a stealth hacker sneaking under the cover of smoke. Unfortunately, we have no mine layers though.

If you need to get a specialist up the table, the pathfinder and locust are both options. Once you’ve cleared the way with the big guns, the pathfinder can run for it and get there pretty quickly. The locust is a tough one. The only specialist is the assault hacker, and without a token state, he can be vulnerable. Taking a peacemaker to extend your hexa khd’s reach can help here. Bringing along the dropbears or marksman rifle guy to support can give you more tools and options to clear the way, although that can be expensive.

A major issue that comes up now against Shasvastii, combined, or spiral is the addition of a dazer. The locust is our only model with multiterrain. Having one of him may be necessary for clearing out the dazed to make way for other troops.

Overall, getting up the table is a challenge that NCA has to deal with. Typically, killing everything in the way, and then advancing in turn two and three is how to deal with it.

    Edit: fixing autocorrect again...

Well... I usually let the other guy have all the crates he wants when I go second. Then just kill his entire army by turn 3 and grab enough points to win after he can't do anything about it.
If you go first same thing - ignore the crates and go for damage so he can't contest what you pick up in turn 3 with his remaining troops.

Taking part in an Objective race vs Infiltrating Specialists usually doesn't end well with NCA.
Predefined Objectives also are nice Swiss ML bait - let your opponent spend Orders getting there and pick up a Supplybox - then spring your AROs (maybe he'll also fail a roll, next Order declares picking the box up with the first Short Skill and you get to declare a BS Attack Normal Roll).
