I'd never go that far. I know it is a phrase, but if someone is actually be willing to do (or offer their firstborn, another similar phrase) that then they should take that as a warning that they need to hit the brakes. The want/need has reached Slaanesh levels of avarice.
...and that's were you lost me. I never get into any GW universe. I know they exist, I won't say anything bad about it. I just don't dig it. :p
Slaanesh is basically just a grim dark amalgamation of Mammon and Asmodeus if you prefer to the Bible as a point of reference. I've actually heard people not actively into wargaming start referencing GW's surface level lore as part of the common knowledge. Mainly Nurgle (God/personification of disease (and fatherly love)), given how 2020 turned out, of course, and mainly nerds, it's true...
Understood. It just that GW is so prevalent in miniature wargaming it is uncommon to come across someone who doesn't know certain major aspects of their wargames' lore.
Sorry, I may have been a bit unclear. I, indeed, am aware of Slaanesh and Nurgle. It's just that such reference makes the pun irrelevant when thrown at me. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a bit into mini without being confronted to WG's IP reference. However, the important point here is : Big robots toys !!!
So Gatchaman or Battle of the Planets ? As a matter of fact, we get the the second instead of the first one but at that time I had no idea about the two version. If I remember clearly enjoying it then, it didn't marked my mind.
For me it was Battle of the Planets. I loved it when I was little. Probably one of the things that brought me into Infinity too!
I'd like to see this in Yu Jing, the vest flows into a sort of tabard and the buttons and lapel hang from one side, even has the Yu king orange.
I found these bases on ebay from Legion Terrain that are Chinese themed. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154169052319 Good for Infinity TAGs especially those of the Yu Jing & JSA variety. There are also Aztec, Celtic & Dark Elf versions from the same seller if anyone is interested.
Darn, I wish I saw this a while ago. I just did my base for my Guijia. Oh well. Thanks though. I'll look into them for my Shang Ji coming out.
It seems they are cheap enough for you do to a complete rebasing without breaking the bank. Glad I could at least help you in providing bases for future units.
