Ariadna does tend to have that styled boot, combat platform heel and all. However, Ariadna often has the lower half of the leg have those vertical stripes. The wardriver doesn't, including on her sculpt. She's got the Ariadna style boots, but not the Ariadna style pants. Maybe an alternate sculpt for the wardriver? Seeing as it'd be a bummer for one of Ariadna's few hackers to be a preorder exclusive.
So you got grunts which you get 3 in box. You got devil dog which you also got in box, and from what I saw, it's not like 2 are a must. On the othwr hand minuteman/marauder are main link/harris that you kinda want and you didn't get em for a while. Same with balckjack. I am kinda very sure that people would want any of the 3 mantioned before you got 2nd devil dog for example, even desperados or more grunts. It's easier to proxy 2 grunts than 4 minuteman/marauders/blackjack.
I'm going to fall on the side of the SWC boxes being important to get out first. A Player starting a faction is usually going to be getting the starter first, the SWC box gives an easy expansion into the basic link of the Sectorial (Grunts, Securitate, Fusiliers, Alguaciles etc) and as the cheapest link is often one of the most self sufficient and popular as it allows link + toys, so you can vary your playstyle a lot by changing the toys. Grunts were definitely the right choice for the first USARF release, the vast majority of lists seem to revolve around a Grunt Core.
Ok... Ok...We get this then. 1 Montessa Combi 1 Holy Sepulchre Knight 1 Order Sergeant TO MSR 1 Order Sergeant TO FO 2 Order Sergeant Combi Aaaand... Montessas get new profiles, more useful and with specialist!! Also Holy Sepulchre drops Holoechos and get something cool like mimetism!! Ouh YEAH!! ... ... Or just wake me up in September. I´d probably end up playing some Aleph anyway.
If you don't see the utility of more Grunts, I doubt I'm going to be able to explain it to you. That aside, I don't think you read my post very carefully. I never said they did the right/smart/whatever thing, in fact I suggested the opposite. Put differently, you're arguing with yourself, not me. I agree 100% that the M&Ms were important and should have arrived earlier, I was only observing that CB did, in fact, support the new sectorial in the months following its release. That fact often gets lost in the glorious outpourings of butthurt surrounding the delay of the Blackjack, etc. Whether they did so in a way that made all the USARF players happy is another question entirely. But they never will. PanO players were waiting longer for the Uhlan. They still don't have a Swiss Hacker. It happens. CB has to make decisions about what's arriving and what's going to come later, and that's inevitably going to rub someone the wrong way.
Shoelaces? Tohaa doesn't use that primitive technology, we prefer more sophisticated mechanisms, like leather straps. Lots of leather straps.
I'm guessing if it's not a wardriver then it must be some other merc closely related to it, a brand new unit perhaps? Oh! Or maybe Mary Problems??
Doesn't seem 'spacey' enough to be a nomad boot if its the sniper shot I'm thinking off. Looked like an atek boot so I'm guessing something again for TAK? Or maybe one last relevant release to really rub the salt into the french players... Edit: Female Grunt?
