Finished the Druze sniper! Need to seal and get on the base. Also Lunah has her base colors down. Now I will be highlighting back up the primary colors, and line highlighting.
These look great. I think if you add one more layer of vallejo flesh wash on the model - it will make them spectacular. :D

Dronbot is coming along. These little guys are taking a lot more time than I was expecting...I have the basic colors down now. Need to do some line highlighting, and then "graffiti" them for my DBS.
Resurrecting this thread to post my primary army models, Haqqislam! Just had our first child born and in my two weeks paternity leave I actually got a lot of painting progressed, just not with DBS or Onyx lol!. So here's the start!
Wait, painting before playing?!? I'm pretty sure that's heresy... Dark blue suggests orange muscles, purple suggests yellow. At least by standard color wheel theory. Heraldic color rules indicate yellow or white, though I usually follow standard color theory for main colors, heraldic rules for highlights. You don't want to know how much effort we used to put into figuring out which arms were swappable with which minis (example: Kamau, Akali, and Bagh Mari arms all interchanged, so it was possible to have proper weapons for all profiles if you didn't mind 2-3 poses each), and how often I bought 3-4 models at a time to swap arms around. But this was back in 2008-10. Buying all those models did occasionally result in extra parts, though. Now, I have all sorts of bits from multiple different companies. Antenociti, Hasslefree, Maxmini, even some Chapterhouse stuff. Great big bag of bits. Plus all my various projects. Yeah, ultrasonic cleaners are awesome! Do like! Is that really Lunah's standard rifle?
Oh man thanks so much for this! Being colorblind the color wheel is absolute garbage for me to search for because its never written what colors are displayed. I think Dark Blue and Orange would look great! I am going to try it! Also yes, that is straight up Lunah Lovegood's rifle. :P
