I recommend the Red Veil starter, Djanbazan box, Hunzakut, some Muttawi'ah and REMs. That'll give you a great start.

The Hassassin starter has Daylami, the Farzan and the Ayyar, all excellent troops as well. With those purchases you'll have a good selection of troops, well rounded and mission flexible.
