Well, I finally found a way to cope with the fact that Ramah is a low-order mostly glass cannon LI sectorial. I even started having more and more success with Khawarijs, who I used to absolutely spite for their fragility, high cost and useless CC. Still can't bear the existence of Wild Bill, Carmen and Zhayedans in Ramah, though.
Do we really know much of Wild Bill's fluff? His profile has a few of the components you often see on Ramah supersoldiers, so there might be a connection there.
