Hmm, the Tohaa faction could also become the "free aliens league" sort of thing, where Triumvirate is one, Tohaa another, and so on, kind of like NA2, but not quite, and a lot of shared models.
Agreed. I truly can't see CB giving the Tohaa faction a sectorial since the faction has unlimited harris/triads that can be used in list building.
What is missing for OSS ? Blister of Apsara ? Arjuna. Mayby one more Asura ? Seems that release train for OSS is (almost) over.
Hence why it would be included. There is at least one Deva with Combi Rifle that needs to be released. Also, there will likely be 6 more Yadu sculpts once the numbers start coming in.
Bostria addressed the Khanate in one of the recent videos, RTF is literally just around the corner so work hasn't even begun on the Khanate yet, don't expect it in the next couple of years.
Yeah I know, and I wouldnt expect it soon at all. I'm just trying to figure out what sectorials are left that we know exist and have units for that haven't been released.
A theory we crafted was the following: 1. New Box is Shasvastii army box to include all the new sculpts and designs, new army rules and redisign go live on army. 2. Ramah hits Army. 3. Qapu Khalqi are reworked per their in lore decimation during the 3rd Offensive. 4. Triumvirate are unlocked as an antagonist to the Shasvastii. 5. New Mercenary company This would be the 5 armies and have lore explanations for the new book. Ramah already has a lot of models, so its probable it will be released similar to IA where they just unlock it in army, and put the new units on the release cycle monthly. Shasvastii have a complete overhaul. They will need an influx immediately with their new sculpts. QK in 3rd offensive were pretty beat up being one of the primary defenders on Paradiso taking the brunt of the hits.
Don't forget the Marut. I really hope they resculpt these to bring them up to modern standards but I'd be amazed. I'm using proxies for all my Proxies, it's a good excuse to buy minis I like from other factions.
A lot of people love the older sculpts, hell Loup Garous, old Muyibs, the original knife holding Fiday, all models I absolutely love, it's hard to argue they fit the modern aesthetic though. There are so many core profiles (disproportionately skirmishers for some reason) that are crying out for resculpts from so many factions, it'd be nice to see them updated so they fit in with all the new shiny stuff.
You know that it was announced from Bostria, that only miniatures who don't sell well get a redesign? Therefore there is no need for CB to make those you mentioned.

That could open up space for the introduction of non-EI-Aligned Shashvasti too. Which could fit in well with the SEF revamp
There is a difference between getting re-worked and getting shelved. Bostria said they were not being shelved. I'm trying to recall if he said the 5 new Sectorials could include reworks or not. We know that the 5 armies can be totally reworked ones, so it seems likely
Bostria confirmed that Bakunin and Hassasins are here to stay, I don't think he mentioned any other faction.
