He is thinking of Proxy TO infiltrator. Decap with tohaa? Lots of Makauls chaksas, and kaauri, so the enemy has problem to reach your deployment. Then resilient LT with symbiont and mate, laying down in deployment. Few strong attack pieces: Sukeul, Draal, maybe Rasail. Easy ;)
Which doesn't have MSV3 so is not a counter to camo markers ;) After recent testing I've found that Chaksa Auxiliars are not optimal (but unfortunately sometimes needed). They provide a lot of points when killed and it can be a difference between winning and losing. Second thing is that Sakiel Lt seems perfect. Pretty hard to kill and cheap. I was using Neema but she costs to much to hide on the rooftop.

Are you adding the Points for baggage to their value on death? The Baggage points are only added to victory points not army points killed.
Baggage is an automatic skill and therefore stops working if the Chaksa goes Unconscious or Dead, this means the Chaksa is only worth 10 points when dead.
