So to finish up this thread I am sharing my experience of the tournament with you. Sadly I didnt manage to get any other game in before the tournament, so I had go with my general experience. (0 | 5) 6 SWC | 300 Points Open in Infinity Army My second list was this one, but I made it just in case I couldnt manage to play the other within the 2 hour timeframe, which wasnt the case, so I never used it. LI Bahram ────────────────────────────────────────────────── 10 ASAWIRA (Fireteam: Haris) Spitfire, Nanopulser / Pistol, Shock CCW. (2 | 44) ASAWIRA Doctor Plus (MediKit) Boarding Shotgun, Nanopulser / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0 | 39) MUYIB (Minelayer) Rifle + Light Shotgun, D.E.P. Antipersonnel Mines, E/Mauler / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 24) GOVAD Lieutenant Rifle + Light Shotgun / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 21) GOVAD Missile Launcher, Light Shotgun / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30) GOVAD Sniper Rifle / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 23) AL-DJABEL Rifle + Light Shotgun, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, Viral CCW, Knife. (0 | 35) 5.5 SWC | 300 Points The first thing you might recognize is the lack of specialists. I realized, that with the emphasis on more shooty missions in this and the last seasons, I abandoned the hordes of specialists I used to use. This almost cost me the big win in Highly Classified, because my Ghulam FO was killed early and I had nocker with Spotlight either. Another thing is, no Camo Infiltrator. This hole in the list hurt me hard, especially in Aquisition, because it costed me two turns worth of orders to get rid of the ARO pieces to be able to make the run to the midle with my specialists. A Farzan FO could have sat on the central objective from turn 1 on and forced my opponent to act in a more risky way. Then there was this lone Govad Sniper. It was an experiment and I wanted to have a sniper and MSv in the list. Most of the time, I would have rather had more PF Daylami, but in some situations the bigger range range band and the MSV turned the odds to my favor. Despite that, Iam thinking of using the ML next time I play HB. Speaking of Daylami...4 are devastating and they had a big influence in my games. Especially in Aqusition, where they AROed everthing to hell. First disposing of a Gorgos and Rasails, then killing every specialist with their shotguns, that tried to get near the consoles. By the way, anyone noticed yet, that they are AVA Total in Vanilla, but just 5 in HB? Odd... And the Asa Haris did, what they always do, take on the heavy lifting, blasting fools away and beeing epic, by engaging with a Sphinx, that wanted to flamethrow them out of the designated Quadrant and hacking it to pieces in CC I love that Haris...its so damn good.
