Hi everyone, my name is Hugo and I'm from Sweden. I recently got back into Infinity after being on hiatus for a couple of years. Back then I collected Nomads but since a friend who wanted to start the game with me wanted Yu Jing I split the Red Veil box with him and took the Haqqislam side. I decided to go for a fairly standard colour scheme with green and beige, I opted for more green armour than the corvus belli scheme. I also decided to use purple as a compliment colour which I think works very well. I want to incorporate more purple into future models beyond cloth and hair elements. I have now finished all the models from the starter set and is looking to expand the force, just got the beyond box. I had a lot of fun painting this group, I especially like the Zhayedan. I really tried to push the highlights on the Al Fasid, almost going for a NMM look (think Iron Man armor), I don't own an airbrush so it's all brushwork which shows in that some highlights are not as smooth that I'd like them to be. I guess there's always room for improvements.
Thank you. After listening to several podcasts, reading the forums and blogs I’ve made my initial purchases to expand the force. This should keep my busy for a while. I've started painting the Hassasins from the Beyond Box. Looking forward to finishing them so I can get started on Tarik!
