Half the sectorial is old models, and as N3 has progressed they've gotten progressively worse, and given what we've seen so far they'll be DOA in N4.

On my side I believe it will be CJC vs HB
All the new stuff shown, and a sizeable wait time should mean those 2 are the next starters

SP is a bit older, actually. SP starter is the 383rd infinity release, CJC starter is 416th. The Kunai Solutions Ninja is 841st, so there's been ~450 Infinity releases since then. They're ooooold. Not Moran old, but still old.

next box will be kosmoflot and corregidor with the space theme connecting them and leading to redesigned line infantry in similar manner to kaldstrom's arctic theme

It matches up really well with an adepticon reveal in 2021. writing is on the wall for that imo

If Steel Phalanx really is full-on getting retired, rather than being up for resculpts?
I'd expect something ALEPH v CJC. With Steel Phalanx getting retired, it opens up(theoretically) space for something new to get added there.

Right now, Code One has four factions. Two of them(PanO and YJ) got a Code One starter, two just happened to be the most recent starter.
We have five more factions(Haqqislam, Nomads, Ariadna, ALEPH, and Tohaa) to incorporate.
Of those factions, Nomads have an 'Action Pack' coming out of the items from Icestorm+Beyond Icestorm.
Haqqislam can get an Action Pack out of Red Veil+Beyond Red Veil.
Ariadna and ALEPH can get an Action Pack out of Coldfront+Beyond Coldfront.
Tohaa just need something added to them, for reals.

JSA just need their Army Pack to become their 'Action Pack'. It's a perfect fit, even if Kuroshi Rider gets swapped out for something smaller.

Throwing absolutely, whole hog wild speculation out there:
    Sphess Force vs Sphess Bots!!1!!

    Nomads:
-3x Wildcats. Dunno the profiles, but this feels like a lock.
-EVAder. Bear with me on this, but I'm wondering if the EVAder might be a Skirmisher disguised in a HI package, like the Intruder is for Skirmisher in MI package.
-If the EVAder isn't a Camo option(I don't think it will be, mind)--I'm also expecting an Intruder with CR+LFT resculpt in here.
    -Tomcat/Hellcat 'basic' profile.

    ALEPH:
New Sectorial combining OSS and SP a bit. Maybe Steel Phalanx's "retirement" is because some of the Homeric heroes got corrupted somehow, and the SP is pulled back from the front to be reexamined? And didn't we have a whole line of fluff about Teucer and Atalanta getting up to some dirty tricks black ops style with Andromeda?

    BEYOND!!!!1!
    Nomads:
-New Gecko profile. Bear with me here...but a named Gecko pilot with a special loadout.
-Whatever isn't used for the Nomad box half.

    ALEPH:
    I dunno, do whatever.

See, all I remember is both were Paradiso era sets. I think SP came out right around the time of the book and the CJC starter took awhile longer.

I was thinking a new ALEPH sectorial and a new Haqqislam sectorial to replace discontinued ones, but I do think they need an Ariadna in CodeOne soon. I guess the Cosmoflot stuff could be next years Operation, but showing all the art this early for it seems to me to point towards a more general release rather than a CodeOne. Nomads getting their little Action Pack also seems pointless to do if they would be getting a new one in March/April.

Has there been any update as to when the scenery pack with the tower and objective room is supposed to come out?

    Hot-take:
Nomads got their action pack now because they discontinued Icestorm and Beyond Icestorm.
Action Packs are likely to extend to Sectorials as well, just not for CodeOne. Look at Starmada for O-12.

I could see Ariadna and ALEPH getting Coldfront Action Packs next year, then ALEPH and Nomads in a starter and the two getting parceled out for Sectorial Action Packs further down the line.

Right, but would they release a Nomads Action Pack now in a box, and then a year& half later, have a Nomads Action Pack in a box, that is totally different than the Nomads Action Pack in a box right next to it? I think they discontinued Icestorm & Red Veil because Kaldstrom was PanO and Yu Jing, and did Nomads but not Haqqislam, since Haqq would be in next year Operation.
Certainly, though it'll be labeled general army for Code One vs sectorial for N3/4 I'd assume.

Entirely possible, and it's worth noting that the Red Veil Haqq figures are in the "Haqqislam Starter Pack" without the big guy or Beyond figures. There is the USAriadna Army pack, too.
I dunno, maybe it'll be Haqqislam vs Tohaa, that could happen!

I also wonder if they'll add rules to CodeOne as they add Factions. ALEPH vs NOMAD will be a little boring with the minimal hacking and stuff.

Looking at the rules in & out if Code1 vs N4, I think the Aleph half of Coldfront will become a C1 pack, but the ariadna half won't.
RemDriver (new Jumper level Z) is in the rules when no current C1 model has it, implying it was put there to future-proof for the Apsara.
Meanwhile, the Ratnik is in the Ariadna half of Coldfront, but the Transform rule that is replacing battle ravaged was previewed in the seminar, not in C1 rules.

Edit: plus the Coldfront Aleph only has two hackers, nothing too extreme.

Me too, it'd be a shame for sculpts like the Father-Knight, Nisse MSR, Tac bow Ninja and Tiger hacker to be lost in time, like tears in rain

Personally feels like Ariadna (and Tohaa) would be later in the C1 release cycle, as they don't fit the simple and homogenous rules model quite as well as the other factions - part of their identity is that they don't do things the same as others, after all, lots of their own unique rules and equipment. Nomads, Aleph and Haqq more of a natural fit with the existing stuff.

Why exactly Ariadna dont fit the "simple and homogenous" code one rules? If there is a complex rule in a troop, simply dont add that to the code one list.

    I don't know.

The owner of the shop where I go literally told me, when asked what playstyle each faction had, that the "most simple" was Ariadna since it plays with a classic game style(mostly a tactical one) since excluded all the hacking and other "advanced rules"
