And I painted my regular a month ago ... don´t want to paint another one ... and enough Ko Dalis, when I buy the book (what I do) and the box. I seems like they make chars at least in two versions (Liang, Adil, Saladin, Hawkwood, Ko Dali (3+1), not the mention all the Joans and Uxias.
As a Tohaa player it was nice to have a semi reliable way to sneak around the shock immunity of troublesome units, like the Vet Kazak. Also raises the question of what bioimmunity is up to, but maybe that didn't make the cut.
And I - as a Haqqislam player - really liked and could count on my ViRal ammo. In Lasiq's sniper, in Djabel's blade... And changing it into plain Shock just feels like a waste. ;) PozdRawiam / Greetings

Oh for sure helpful still, but when a certain someone seems very good at damage saves just having to sneak one through was nice. But overall it does make things simpler which is nice.
I had a feeling that Viral was going to change for simplicity. So a Shock Immune model will just treat it like DA ammo, correct? And Total Immunity model will treat it like N ammo, right? All the new TAG Renders look great.
At least Adil is something that you might not have bought, and the model might have some proxy use. Adding a Ko Dali when you get a Ko Dali with the book though, is just wierd. I like Nourkias, but hopefully they make a sculpt that is not so scenic as this one and I'll probably just skip the box.
Please do not determine what is interesting game play for other players, particularly if you do not play Ariadna or Haqqislam. It is very easy to get over 15 orders in vanilla haqq even without daylami, ghazi or liberto. 15 is a decent balancing point, but all it does it limit options, which in my opinion, is not good game play. Meanwhile CB inserted Liberto, Monstrucker, and other over optimized cheap profiles into many factions. Kind of sending mixed messages here. Sorry for being a bit hostile, but I take issue with your comments and hope you can see it from the other side. Its especially annoying when I already own kuangshi and ghazi, which I might not need 4 of anymore. Look how quickly I filled up 15 orders while deliberately avoiding all irregular troops. This is only 260 something points. Is this spam? I feel like now I'm forced to take an Al fasid every game lol. I mean, we have to see how points costs change, but this is where I'm coming from. Spam? Maybe not egregious spam, but what is the plan for some of those models other than order generation? I imagine the two standard Ghulam are lieutenant decoys, but I feel like a lot of components here like the Kameel minesweepers can be upgraded to more useful pieces without much issue. Forgive me for saying so but the list looks fairly watered down... You can quickly upgrade to 300 points with minimal swapping, no al Fassid required. The new Tohaa model will be a nice proxy for the Kerail Preceptor, because the released miniature didn't have Symbiont Armour (but the profile did have it). Also, this "confirms" new Spec Ops options in N4.
I mean we're kinda overlooking the fact that both those lists are running multiple MSV2 attack pieces and neither have paid for smoke throwers.... which tends to exist on cheap low cost irregular guys we're not supposed to take anymore (or that Al Fasid you were discussing).
