Kosmoflot feels wildly unneeded. Would have been a perfect place to refocus Merovingia, seeing as how when the Paradiso Campaign book came out they made such a big to-do about how Merovingia was building their own spaceport and pushing hard for recognition by the Sphere at large. Thinking more likely it replaces USARF than Caledonia though. Can't explain why, just a gut feeling. With that all out of the way: I like most of what I saw in the Starmada box, modelwise. Conceptwise? The Biker feels forced, still, especially with the 'badlands patrol' tag they gave it. Bluecoat looks really weird. I think it's the hat on top of the helmet? It's weird that he's not on the box art too right? Not a fan of them jamming the Kappa SWC stuff in there...but at least it's finally out. Now you just need the Starmada set, Action Pack, and the Paint Set to get the currently available Kappa models! Totally reasonable! /s Saladin is okay. I feel like we've seen enough Saladins that it's going to be hard to be impressed by the character. Love the Bronze and the Crushers.
These make me dance with joy. Another HI with Hollow-Manly faced mask, seems like they're on Zero-G mission, and the girls seem to have mixed designs of Alguaciles and Zondnautica(especially the backpack, and LEDs and markings on their torso). What do you guys think?
It's going to be interesting to see where they are taking it. The name suggests a Russian focus, but that might just be because the Russians are de facto in charge of Ariadna. My guess is that Merovingian units could be recycled/repurposed for Kosmoflot when FRRM is axed.
Super exciting news! I love the starmada pack and it's sculpts. Shona Carano sculpt is awesome. Love the details with her standing over it with guts spilling out! Curious to see how COSMOFLOT turns out. Next week can't come soon enough!

Can anyone give a pronunciation of Kosmoflot? It sounds silly they way I think it is in English. what little I saw of Blue Wolf looks ok. Starmada stuff actually looks awesome to me. I really like the biker. I actually also like the guy with the weird hat. It looks very Mobius-like, or anime. A little silly in a good way. Kosmo looks weird. I guess It will be a wait and see thing. I think this TAG is a new Anaconda or some sort of Mercenary. This guy I think is the new character in C1. Nourkias
I struggled with what these might be because they seem to mix a lot of Nomad aesthetics. The leg pouches and armor suggest they’re both the same thing, and look to be medium infantry-esque. The only gun that’s fully visible is a Nomad boarding shotgun. Not to get @kanluwen too excited here, but perhaps they’re finally updating Wildcats?

That's a perfect opponent for Starmada then. I wish you could buy just the rulebook. I like reading paper rulebooks but I already own 2Nd and 3RD Infinity books. I don't think fluff has changed that much to justify buying 4Th edition set as well. At the beginning I was happy that Blue wolf got clean head similar to our transformer cat but the I realized you can see eye socket and the tag probably has wolf stylized head. I hope it's not overdone.
