I'm loving the N4 cover art. That's a Hundun on the cover isn't it?

Yeah, but I'm sat here with six Sikhs and Singh, and I don't even have the full set. I don't underestimate CB's ability to sculpt multiples of the same AD trooper :P

Vikings are the new ninjas for teenager coolness. That name is so edgy it's cringey.

So we got Saladin. Thats a neat development. Wonder what his O-12 skills will be.

Dual pistol guy could be interesting. That has some potential to be pretty fun. I'm really curious to see more of him and his profile too.

HMG Kappa is a bit dissapointing if the rest of SWC box isnt packed in there with her. Bit of a middle finger to an swc box otherwise, still possible though. But thats one I'll probably use quite a bit so it isnt so bad.

Heavy infantry is interesting. I'm not super into the partial coat. But the rest of the design looks pretty solid. Pretty sure he's packing a Red Fury. (It's really close to the design they showed for the Sirius, the front end is a bit different. Makes it look a bit like a molotok. Now that would be an unexpected weapon xD) Can't wait to see his rules.

The likely Crusher. I was super excited for these guys. That silhouette doesnt have my hopes up much. Buuuuut if the pic on the side of the box is another pic of him. Could be some hope they'll turn out looking pretty cool. Still really want to see their real profile.

And of course last and absolutely least in the entire faction.....

Nooooooo! Fuck... not another god damn biker... what a waste of space. Why do they keep saddling us with these awful things. I'd like to say please stop. But now you have successfully put a worthless bike unit in every primary sectoral I play. -_- it's really hard to overstate my extreme dissapointment at this.

    BUT MUH BIKES...

Frankly, whatever the Crusher is? That silhouette and the art on the side doesn't help. The O-12 color scheme is awful for the materials present.

I have to agree with this. There's room for some bikers in the game, but they're conceptually very silly. A bike is what you ride to the area, not something you fight from unless you've got some very specific reasons to such as doing drive-by shootings and then running from the law enforcement (i.e. Aragoto)

Looking forward to what Saladin looks like and if they changed his profile. The Defiance sculpt is ok, but I'm kinda hoping for this one to blow me out of the water.

Saladin's just a "who cares" if that's what it is.

Where's the actual O-12 units we're still missing thanks to the cashgrab that was Defiance?

Even more. I would expect the O-12 bike unit to show up in the more police themed sectoral. Not the bloody NAVY one.

His only saving grace will be if he is regular non-impetuous. But then then he'll never get an on foot model anyways...

He'll never get an on foot model anyways, not unless the bike can run around like a robit.

Agree! Looks like Hundun. Good choice of cover:sunglasses:

I hope she will not look like Gunnar the Hammer ... Harpooner, Whalehunter, a spear harpoon as main weapon?

Something in her name reminds me of this:

Yes Grim and Frostbidden Kingdoms is more fitting, but this is the better song:v:

I don't think the biker is too out of place, Starmada may be the Navy of O-12 but they're basically the military provosts of the circulars which are huge and bikes would be quite practical in that context.

Even in a traditional military uses them for forward observers.

Heres a couple of US Marines on motorbikes

@Rhys yes, motorcycles are used as transports, but they're impractical to fight from which is why people get off their bikes when they need to shoot decently.

Somehow I don't picture those marines driving around shooting at people while the delta team is trying to infiltrate some bad guy's HQ or extract some VIP

Sure, but this is the future! It doesn't take much suspension of disbelief to make them fit for a militarised police force in a massive space station.

At least not in my mind.

I think Infinity has a problem in that sometimes it wants to be an anime fantasy setting and sometimes it wants to be a tactical Ops edgy gritty setting

It wouldn't if, say, the bikes had massive magnetic wheels and the pilot was wearing a combat hardsuit.

But that's not the case. It's a frigging street bike with some doodads on the front.

Errhmm, it's always really been a anime sci-fi game. There's been gritty shit mixed in with wacky shit since N1. There's bloody werewolves in the game.
