Exhibiting nazi or fascist symbology is not illegal and in some sectors of the population is considered to be highly tasteful. My objection to the Franco Foundation would depend on what they do. I'm pretty sure there are some charitable foundations in the US that get government money. Overall, I'd rather that you be able to fly the flags, etc, just so that people know who to mock, deride, and otherwise not admit to any but the shadiest of dive bars. And occasionally bludgeon some sense into. You really should read the Communist Manifesto. The (quite frankly, abhorrently exploitative) conditions Marx was screaming about in 1848 were on their way out by 1880 and gone by 1910 in the US, though Amazon is attempting to bring them back.
