It's possible, albeit unlikely, that a Charontid, Anathematic or Skiavoro isn't a LT, so some players may want to use it as part of a shell game in some rare scenarios like Firefight by not spending the LT order to spread some enemy aggro onto random Vanguards or whatever the usual CA LT decoys are. When not doing that using the LT order immediately is definitely good practice, just like when playing with good CoC or Veterans. An Avatar or Skiavoro has Strategos L1 so it isn't an issue for them at all.
Perhaps. I've always made the calculation that the extra order on something so likely to cause damage with it is worth them knowing, but then I wouldn't consider myself a very good player, so...
