That's prob a mistake they didnt catch at the time. Red cross on white background is not used by the other orders that wear that style of tabbard . In infinity it is mostly used by sepulchers and they wear distinct cloaks
It is a Montesa Knight. The center of the cross is red and the rest is black. Just like for the one in the Starter.
