I don't think THAT veteran works for Classifieds. After that I think Veteran L1 is situational. There are times I wish I had it, but most of the time I don't find it that useful.
Not classified, but main objectives. When they are guarded by Jammers stuck on/inside buildings or otherwise impossible to reach, you need a vet specialist to get in there without spending entire turns rooting out a single 5 point trooper.
