I really like your second list, it's not something you should use vs every opponent, but it can be so fun. I once played something similar but with Patroclus disguised as Asura HD+ instead of Saito, and 2 short ranged Dasyu. Was really fun vs my first opponent (ISS), less vs the second (PanO with several MSV2 and a jotum). Well, have fun :)
Both your list only have 2 proxies. I don't see how to change the second but in the first, you should replace a Daleth by a lamedh (gaining sniffer) and take a MK5 FO. Same number of specialist, more model/wound and a little more firepower
