I hope they have a better release name. Redjack seems kinda uninspired. The Blackjacks got a cool reason for their name. They're the 'winning hand' command plays when the chips are down and it's time to end the game.
Redjack sounds like something that looks like Patriots from Bioshock Infinty, but instead of having the "founding fathers" look it would be a Lenins face.
Redjack is the perfect counterpart for the Blackjack. Stop thinking about the game were you need 21 to win, and ad a space. Black Jack, two in a pack, and the other two are... It actually makes sense if you think about the Sectorials as the suits in a deck as well, USARF are the spades because they dig in and hold, CHA are the clubs by way of being a blunt instrument, merovingians being mercantile are the diamonds, and right at the heart we have Rodina/TAK... Edit: I'm pretty sure that we won't be seeing 52 order lists though...
Communism L3: When activated, immediately play the State Anthem Of The Soviet Union When fighting Panoceana this skill automatically provides: Fatality L1, Morat and Frenzy Any model with this skill also possesses the Scavenger skill
A RedJack? I can't believe I was actually right. My most basic assumption for equipment would be molotok and heavy rocket launcher since the blackjack has the HMG and T2 Sniper and the tank hunters already have autocannons and missile launchers. They're weapons that also haven't appeared on any other TAK units yet. An assault Blackjack seems most likely maybe it will even have MSV2 but probably just MSV1 to deal with Aleph's mimetism.
I don't know if Redjack is the actual name Just describing the unit type in general for comparison purposes. But I think a visor (of any type) would be nice for sure.
Pretty sure it's just a forum nickname coming from play on USAriadna unit's name. But yeah, might call them "Durak" or "Argument" instead I thought the entire main mechanic of Infinity works like this already, what's with means of production being nationalized and combined output of most important products going to those who supposedly need it the most right now, accordingly to some plan which is decided by leaders. Apparently, Wallace and Joan are the most talented communists out there...
New Kazak TAG: The Matryoshka Silhouette 7 TAG with Lo-Tech A Battle Ravaged profile is Silhouette 5 with an escape system. Operator is Silhouette 2, and carries a Recon drone that activates if the pilot goes Null. Recon Drone is S1
Upon destruction, recon drone turns into s0 ap mine. Lets go deeper. Upon activation, mine releases perimeter weapon that explodes into smoke circular template, which lasts one turn but leaves permanent saturation zone.
As a Nomad I'm a lil out of place here but after seeing that new campaign-map today I can't help it but think that the TAK is REALLY close. For one thing the map in Carlos article today features the "Tartary Mountain Range" filling a quarter of the map without it even beeing mentioned in the article. Then there is the fact that Col. Voronin is set up as a big player in the humourous Kurage Crisis intro video and last but not least they will temporarily discontinue the Merrowingians to "make space" for other product lines. Tell me that doesn't smell heavily of wet dogs and vodka for you...
Oh we got some text from the recent Kurage Crisis update, "In the beginning of this week, in just a few hours the Lafayette Forward Airfield was established with a solid defensive line and we are seeing now another show of force by the military units sent from Tartary." Those FOBS better be dug in nice and tight, the Korps will be with you shortly.
Love the idea of a TAG with a battle ravaged profile (with the 2 first Wo in standard profile and the last one in battle ravaged mode). As it would be mostly teseum made, high armor/low BTS would be likely. Regarding weapon, AP HMG ?
Anybody notice how Mary Problems has a bunch of cyrillic on her unit logo? Long shot prediction, but there's a possibility she will be a mercenary for TAK.
Could be, but Cyrillic is also used in other parts of Eastern Europe. Tunguska has a lot of people descended from that region of the world.
Plus the fact that Tunguska is the name of a Russian river, I think it's fair to say Cyrillic languages aren't unusual on board.
