I believe that they are not that squishy, they have access to a F**kload of camos, have amazing Lt. options and they can field multiple min-maxed links with Vet Kazaks and, in general, they have very few weaknesses (most notably the lack of good MSVs). Maybe I'm wrong but it is the first time I see an infinity army list and I think "OMG this is broken". It had happened to me with single units (such as Muttawi or Posthumans) but never with a whole army list... Again, I hope I'm wrong...
So do we know what Mine Dispenser does yet? The wiki link in Army doesn't go anywhere. edit: nvm. its in the wiki just the link from Army is broken.
Imho TAK does not seem broken, to me they even seem a little bland sectorial wise, by bland i mean they have some links, the have some warbands they have some camo and they have some bikes, there i not a lot that makes them special i can see why the USARF feel left out they are very similar they seem to have a very linear battleplan tho, where USARF does not need to have that they have airborne and van zant, which helps. they are strong i will say that but after tinkering with countless lists, it seems they fall somewhere close to the other sectorials. Vanilla seems far stronger with the inclusion of the TAK units though, and i think some people need to take their new and shiny glasses off and realise that. The Oss is imo a far more interesting army and might also be stronger from the lists i have looked at. The core link of TAK is strong, but spetsnaz has gone no where and so has ML tank hunters, you can still decimate the enemy army without a link team, Along with mirage 5, chasseurs and other delicious units. The most powerful thing imo about TAK is the ability to take 4 Streloks, and arguably the Vet kazak in link, i will try them out for sure- but from what i've seen and constructed in army its hard to find a list for TAK that is not gimmicky.
Surprised not to see AVA4 Irmandinhos put to use in more of these sample lists. A 10 order pool for gunfighting, with a secondary support pool with 5 Regular Orders + 4 Irmandinhos, feels like a nice structure. I like it more than trying to force pricey Scouts into a list as though they're Foxtrots. In a very non-Ariadna way, I don't think TAK needs to necessarily maximize infiltration. In fact, I think it's generally going to be a bad idea. I'm much more impressed by the screen of Forward Deployment units that's backed up by a huge DZ of firepower. A couple off Minelaying Streloks to set up your perimeter, then you can easily get 8 or 9 cheap Orders from Line Kazaks and Dozer + Baggage Muls, and that leaves you plenty of points for your Vet Kazak, your 2x Spetsnaz and whatever else you want. Hunker comfortably in your DZ, skirmish in the opening turns, and use your bad-but-order-efficient specialists to pick up the pieces once the smoke clears. Irmandinhos are great for this... Keep them safe for a turn while attrition takes its toll, then go on the attack. Irmandinhos will use Impetuous + Irregular but overlapping smoke to efficiently cover ground very fast, and have good coverage and redundancy with AVA4.
Scouts might not be a unit to double down on, but they're certainly worth their price. FO, Minelayer and BS are probably going to be my favorites. Additionally they're a good choice to use as a flanker in tandem with Para Spetznaz, hunting down defenders that might interfere with the latter entering the table. On a side note, I'm really interested how TAK bikes will look. I really hope it will be something more interesting than the ones Mavericks use. Quads would be awesome...

I posted this list a while earlier: I feel the list wouldn't really profit from forcing in a 4th Irmandinho and trying to further increase the order count in the second group to 5. This list seems better at e.g. dominating zones in supremacy than if you changed e.g. the Tankhunter for two Line Kazaks and an Irmandinho. But of course, this is more nuance and personal taste.
So here's my take on it. I wanted to have a dog warrior initaly but I decided that I'd rather have 3 more irmandinhos. So alpha-strike potential swapped for a little more reliable specialist/warband type. 2 strong fireteams, plenty of specialists some aro pieces - just all around list for any type of game, what do you guys think. I also wanted to have MK12 in second fireteam but decided that t2 rifle with x visor is actually better idea since it allows for longer ranges in 0 rangebands. Well, I almost never leave home without a Sensorbot anyway, but I think I need more Sniffers. And maybe a launchable Sniffer like the Pitcher is for DepReps. fixt. Or at the very least have that playing on your tablet/phone/iPod/whatever. Yes, yes they would. The other option I would like is something like a big dirtbike like the Kawasaki 650s the US military uses. Sure, give it saddlebags and a gun scabbard and other stuff for traveling long distances. But it's a dirt bike, not a glorified highway cruiser like the USAriadna bikes, not a chopper like the Kum, and not a crotch rocket like the Aragoto.
I like the list, but I wouldn’t want to run Voronin as obvious LT with no CoC in an advancing fireteam. I‘d either want to include CoC or to give the harris team a specialist to reduce the need for the core to advance to objectives.
Actually the German Bundeswehr uses BMW G 650 GS as Krad for the Feldjäger. Since they have the same speed, the could use the same Bikes.
? *google* Ah, this: Yeah, that'd work. I don't want a Harley highway cruiser or a crotch rocket for a military bike, though.
I'm pretty sure they will use the same bikes as the USAriadna troops. A few parts on it might get changed but most of the structure will be very similar. Probably the very front will change up a bit.
Now see the similarity to the Maverik bike? I agree with you about crouch rocket (in Germany yogurt cups) or cruisers.
There is some similarity, but the Maverick bike has a 6-cylinder engine like a Honda Goldwing/Valkyrie. 3 pipes going into the top of the engine, 3 pipes coming out the bottom.
I'm really hoping we'll see dismounted versions of the Dynamos. Or they will look close enough to another unit to easily do a conversion.
Sure. But that might be because the designer thought a bigger motor is always a better motor. In my experience Bikes with 650-850ccm are the best. Good power and low enough weight. Bikes with bigger motor tend to behave like shit on offroad.
It's finally here and I am a happy camper. Now go to through the phase of running silly gimmick lists before I get into my meat and potatoes (aforementioned 23 tokens) As for the USariadna vs TAK. Playing both I am not disappointed, the main reason why is USAriadna does tend to bring a metric ton of explosives and flamethrowers and everyone and their grandmother has armor 3. They seem to be more about the midfield slugmatch versus TAK which is more sneaky killing power. I think playing both is still going to feel different, at least in the matches that I play.
Was planning to play with this today, but my opponent couldn't make it. THIS! One other thing: Does anyone know why the warcor has a different Unit Logo in TAK? it ja only the Black sind heute Quarter circle without the orange background oder the warcor badge. to me it seems the stats are all the same
