    Thanks!

Still got a bunch of older JSA paintjobs to share. Like these two Kempeitai:

Nice while Domaru were solid colours it did not show that much as it shows here, I think its the white, still looking good.

    Amazing!

No, really it is, especially the choice to move the colours to the roof to maintain theme coherency while excluding the colours from the main figure.

Still more stuff to share. Here are the three Karakuri, for once (almost) in studio colors because they actually fit the army theme:

Excellent work, I wonder if the freehand faces were a more vibrant colour if they would pop up more?

I'm sure they would. I just tried to recreate the studio scheme, which also has black freehands.

Let's wrap up the characters I painted for this project. In alphabetical order, those are:
    • Kuroshi Rider
    • Neko Oyama
    • Yojimbo

I love this theme, its nothing I would think or attempt so its double interesting to see it been applied on models.

Gotta admit, it was a weird fluke that got me there. Just splashed a whole bunch of colors on the first test model, then my client liked it, and off we went on a wild vaporwave rainbow adventure :D

Here's a bunch of Oniwaban that also came out of this. Lilke the other ninjas, the idea here was to keep them in the same tones as the bases to simulate their TO camo. On top of that, the left one was another early (and bad) attempt at painting a de-cloaking effect of him breaking camouflage. The right one was a conversion of my friend based on Nakadai from the Outrage comic and a ninja head:
