Depends on if you ever want to spend an Order on them for Specialist duty. Nomads don't really need Puppets to cover their button pushing, moving 3 Puppets up into the midfield for a bit of killing followed by putting them back into SF in annoying positions for a single Regular Order? Yes please, let the Zero push the button. DTW, Flashpulse and Specialist isn't a bad use for them, but other things can do that and nothing else gets the same value as defensive turrets. In the right situation the BSG/Flash Pulse can be better, is a Specialist and 2 points cheaper. So as with most things it just depends what situation you expect to run into as the most common. Personally I don't expect to use them again after getting in position, or potentially never spend an Order on them when going second.
