Very nice I really like your paint job. If you don’t mind sharing what recipe do u use for the green on the Ariadna. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Vallejo air Olive green - medium olive - light green I'll shade down to a dark brown and highlight up to a near white as well. Aaah but I'm in Canada. Our armed forces first deployed to Afghanistan in jungle camo ;) Not their fault, just decades of budget cuts.
Back to nomads for the next batch. Second guy from left in back row is a converted HMG - took the gun and ammo belt from the Iguana operator for a bulkier look.
After a detour painting ninth age armies, back to some Varuna reinforcements. From left to right... Patty conversion using an old orc with a statuesque miniatures head and Securitate arms Kamau paramedic using bolt body and statuesque miniatures head Hannibal conversion from a Zhayedan using a bounty hunter head (he will probably be used as Echo-Bravo unless I return to playing Forco) and finally Kamau HMG.
W8 im trying to figure another random commentthat will ruin a model design for all and no effect yet so justcongrats on feve new minis and not bad conversion :)
Has it really been six months since I last painted an Infinity miniature?! If only I still had the savings I had six months ago... c'est la vie... Despite painting a ton of models like Intruders and Spektrs that only get one use per list, I've waited for two years to bother painting the support troops that show up every time. Left to right, clockmaker, hacker (use as Jazz or Mary) and daktari. Daktari is icestorm aguacile (one of my favourite models) with brawler doc arms.
Upcoming N4 has got me excited about infinity again, so here's a marauder fireteam plus an assortment of grunt heavy weapons. I've been having issues with images on this forum, so I'm hosting them on my blog here. https://dougslamb.wixsite.com/websi...QnpdCVcg4EuSmFsH_CihyiqXcZk5k4PJ_jUDLurKVPCFA
The minis look very clean and I really like it. Maybe you could add some more texture to the bases (while leaving the nice color).
Crackle paint gives more obvious results when applied thick. Also when a different color is applied first, so it shows when the top paint breaks, or after a wash of the cracks. Practice in spare bases to figure the right thickness and the other paints.
