According to the new Infinity Army, both Yuriko and the Kempeitai are wildcards when it comes to Fireteam composition, and they can be part of any Fireteam. The Shikami have Fireteam Duo. Can I form a Fireteam between, say, a Shikami and a MSV2 Kempeitai? The Kempei shoots while moving and the Shikami takes the objective, seems like a nice combination.
Yes you can. Just remember that the Kempei does not have Superjump, so he will Idle while the Shikami flips in the air

Mostly yes, though if I'm reading right, the Kempei can still Jump if the Shikami uses Jump as an Entire Order skill (which it can still do). At that point, the Shikami will be jumping 8" compared to the Kempei's 4", which has its own issues, and the Kempei can't land on vertical surfaces the way the Shikami can, but at least the Kempei can move a bit to try to keep up.
