It’s kinda weird seeing everyone dog on the alguacils when kaldstrom came with new fuseliers and zangshi, even though they are winterized. I might turn the new alguacils into morans though. I do prefer the shoulders of the icestorm ones. New intruder HMG kinda makes me sad. Intruder in general has taken a back seat for me in general with the existence of sombras and the way sixth sense interacts with MSV1 now. I do like all the models and will be painting them up regardless. But all the tactical rocks bug me lol. I worry if they will be sculpted into the actual models and be a pain in the ass to remove.
The Zhanshi were actually in need of a resculpt, the combi ones were the older smaller scale and didn't match the Zhanshi in the SWC box. There's also something to be said for matching a new theme to go with the rest of a fur wearing winter themed army. The new "corregidor" aggies sculpts don't really do anything like that to distinguish themselves.
There's no existing Tomcat with MR, so yeah, new sculpt. Also, CB hasn't mixed new and repackaged old models in a box since N2, and even then gave people the chance to buy the new ones separately (Bolts, Santiago Knights)
As a tunguska player, I really don't like that the awaited brand new vostok is in the beyond box with corregidor units. Maybe if I'm lucky i'll find a corregidor player that wants extra tomcat MR and wildcat Spitfire.
Welcome to Infinity! Unfortunately, things that are useful/friendly to Sectorial-dedicated players aren't on the menu. They want you to collect factions, despite pushing Sectorials hard.
Spektre Blister Repack was old Hacker and new BSG, but I don´t remember that they mixed in box. Understandable, but as a CJC AND TJC player, I like that But we don´t know wich weapon variant we will get ... I bet MK 12 but ... red fury could be a thing.
That was two existing sculpts being consolidated into one blister, rather than one existing sculpt and one never before released sculpt. Compare that to the NCA starter which was an existing Swiss, Aquila, and Hexa, but also three brand new Bolts with Combi+LSG that had never been released before. They also released a limited time blister of the 3 Bolts for people that already had the other contents of the starter.
Pff. It's CB we are talking about. The first sculpt always has a useless loadout so you'll buy another. So my bet on Missile launcher.
Yep, useless like a intruder hmg, sombra multi rifle, evader ap spitfire, Hellcat BSG, wildcat NCO spitfire and Tomcat Multirifle+LSG. Going to be a 'unplayable' missile for sure. (It's going to be the mk12)
This is a Code One release. Does Code One have Mk12 and/or Red Fury? That could help narrow the options.
Ah yes - I never liked this one and it taked me a while to get the three Bolts seperatly, but I was too late for the Blister (collected Nomads and YJ at this time;-). Often. That changed with Evader Spitfire :-)
So instead they put that in a box with 1 other thing established CJC players want, and 4 others they don't need.
