In my Hot Seat TTS game Gata has the very last activation of Round 2 and succeeds in Dazzling three of the four characters on the opposing team. I assume that those states continue onto Round 3 and only flip to non-active blue at the end of each and every activation of the dazzled characters in the next round. Am I correct?
