Your probably confusing a passive effect on your opponent with no effect. Without knowing all the variables it appears that the reason the battle moved away from the area he was holding was because he was holding it. So sure, he didn't have an active effect (cause dice to be rolled) but I doubt it wasn't a big effect.
I was more a fan of the Wildcat Lt in CJC. Obvious, yes, but easy enough to hide in a Haris. There was always the slim chance (It did happen for me once), that the D-charges and extra order could win the game.
I gotta admit I'm surprised that Emily doesn't have a LT profile, in addition to her CoC profile. I'm also kinda surprised that there's not a generic mercenary dogwarrior profile that got added because of Outrage... Sure, Domovoi got killed, but it's not like he's the only Dogwarrior off Ariadna!
Yeah like with the Anaconda. Mechanically I don't mind keeping the advantage on Corregidor (Brigada+McMurrough is the best reason to play them there) but I am surprised.
