    Hi everyone!

Me and my cousin have been playing for over a year against each other but have never tried using TAGs in our lists. Our next objective is to have one on each side next time and since I moving towards VIRD I was either going to go cutter or squalo. The squalo duo seems quite fun to play but since I know nothing about playing TAGs I have no clue to weather its good or not. Here's the list I came up with.
    Varuna Immediate Reaction Division

the fireteam is there for long range ARO duty with the Kamau MSV sniper as well as the helot. The only thing I am really missing in my opinion is a hacker to support the two squalos. I would love to fit in a few Fugazis with a hacker to have somewhat of a repeater net, and people tend to forget them so they always get to have a few free aro shots with the WIP 13 nanopulser. Not leathal but quite disruptive.

Love to have feedback from anyone

Squalo is pretty good. It's most attractive feature is the Heavy Grenade Launcher and it's spec fire at extreme ranges.

While having two might seem like a fun idea, but one TAG can be difficult enough to protect and a little unwieldy to use. I think most people will agree that having two MBTs is a bit much.

Never leave home without a KHD if you're taking a TAG though. AHDs and even regular HDs can cause a lot of problems for a TAG, be it possession or just locking it down with isolation/immobilizing programs. it's nice to have an answer if your opponent deploys/pitches/or walks a repeater into ZoC.

It's also very helpful to have a decent repeater net to support your TAG. Fugazi are especially good because they'll bolster your order pool at a mere 8 points. Fusil FOs carry valuable deployable repeaters aswell which can be useful in a pinch.

This is a list I would play if I were to take a squalo:

    Squalo!

I have a very flexible link team capable of both offense (Fusil HMG) and defense (Kamau MSR) and a spare tire in case someone dies. Standard support with Machinist + Talbot. it may be worth it to fit a doctor in the list too!
The Zulu cobra LT offers really great defense for my Squalo with the jammer while also synergizing with the Fugazi in case there's enemy camo (sensor + sniffer). Helots offer really great close-mid range defense as well. Also a KHD for good measure, in case any enemy hackers get a repeater a little too close.

You may want to run this with Patsy instead of second Squalo. I don't feel like there is a lot of added value having 2 Squalos in a single place. However with Patsy's NCO order you can leverage cheap fusilier LT order instead of second TA order provided by second TAG. I usually use NCO for movement or doing mission (as Patsy needs to be leader for this order). Then rest of the pool and TAG's own TA for offensive actions / all else.

Something like this as a quick example:

    Thanks guys!

Both your answers confirm what I thought, could be fun but very unbalanced. I'll try out both your lists and see what fits my style best!
