    Good question.

Yes, Netrods and Imetrons possess the skills that the ITS document calls for.

    Question:
    Counterintelligence effect:

    • The Effects of this Special Skill are only applied if its owner has been deployed on the game table, either as a model or as a Marker.
    EFFECTS

    A) this Special Skill counteract the effects of the Strategic Use of a Command Token by reducing to one the number of Orders the adversary can nullify.

    B) Alternatively, this Special Skill counteracts the limit on Command Token use imposed by the Strategic Use of a Command Token, increasing it to two.

I can use effect A or B, indipendently , or the effect B can be activated only if the effect A is activated?

For: example,: I use effect B to cancel 4 order on a group.
    Thanks

B refers to the strategic use of "limit the amount of Command tokens your enemy can spend in the first (if going first) turn to 1", so you could spend 2 instead of 1 during the first turn for coordinated orders, restore Fireteams, etc...

The opponent must choose between A (take 2 regular orders from your order pool) or B (limit to 1 the Command Tokens you can expend in that first round), you apply the effect of counterintelligence depending on his choice.

That is, both are always active, so to speak, but only the one that limits your opponent's choice work.

This is obvious if both have counterintelligence, but if only one have it?
    Thanks

No no no... it does not matter if both players have Counterintelligence troops. Only the player that will have the first turn uses the skill, because:
    http://infinitythewiki.com/en/index.php?title=Initiative_and_Deployment&redirect=no
So let's say both players A & B have a troop with CounterIntelligence.

Player A wins, and decides to go First.
Player B can now spend a Command Token to apply the "-2 Regular orders to the pool" (note you can remove 1 order from one group, and other from another group), the "able to spend only 1 command token" or none (if he has an EVO, he can also spend a different command token to activate the EVO's skill).
Then player A reveals he has a Counterintelligence troop, limiting the effect if Player B chose any of the two Strategic options.

That's it, only the player that goes first can suffer the Strategic Use of command tokens.

It's two different effects. See Command Token use:

Only during the Tactical Phase of the enemy Turn the player can spend one single Command Token to perform one of the following options:

    • Nullify two Regular Orders of the enemy Order Pool during that Turn only. The player using the Command Token will decide from which Combat Group or Groups the nullified Orders will come from. The player can only perform this option in the enemy Tactical Phase, after the Order Count.
    • Prevent the adversary from using more than one single Command Token during that first Turn.
Counterintelligence can prevent either the first one or the second one. Counterintelligence can not counter the other player's Counterintelligence.

    Sorry don't understand;
    Player A has not counterintelligence
    Player B has it
    Now player A go first
Player B ( can now use the strategic ability [
The Strategic Use of the Command Tokens has a special and unique nature, reflecting intel defensive actions deployed by Mission Control.

Only the player who has the second Player Turn can apply the Strategic Use of the Command Tokens.

    1. The player can only apply the Strategic Use in the first Turn of the first Game Round].
    2. Activate counterintelligence and use effect B.
    3. Why this is not possible?
    Thanks

    ???

If you don't have Counter Intelligence, you can't defend against the Strategic Use of Command Tokens. So the second player (B) can use the command tokens fully (A loses 2 regular orders OR is limited to 1 Command Token on turn 1).

    Sequence:
    1. Second player declares Strategic Use of Command Token
    2. First player declares use of Counter Intelligence ONLY IF he has a troop with Counter Intelligence in marker state or as model on the table (no Hidden Deployment, no IMPersonation, no Aerial Deployment, etc...)
    3. Apply Strategic effect to First Player, limited if First Player has a Counterintelligence troop, not limited if not.
That's it. I hope this clears things better, frankly :S
