Help me, hive mind! I’ve got an event coming up with the soldiers of fortune extra. I’m on the fence about Steel Phalanx or OSS. The missions are Acquisition, Supremacy, and Highly Classified. What mercenaries are you drawn to? The first two things that come to mind are: Uhahu bringing white noise to steel phalanx. Carmen and Yojimbo (also Mcmurough) bringing smoke to OSS and that sweet Marut goodness.
If you only want smoke for OSS, then I would suggest using Yuan Yuans who start in your DZ and chuck free smoke via impetuous, so you can spend the rest of the points on killy stuff.
For sure. I like Yojimbo and Carmen because they bring cheap cc skills, super aggressive strikers, a lot of wounds, and perimeter weapons.
