Army is allowing lists with Hannibal/Laxmee/Valkyrie in Foreign and copies of the same characters in the same list via Soldiers of Fortune. Seems to be a logic check missing on them.
i'm surprised Hannibal can be used in other armies (that he has a SoF option merc profile AVA). I though it was a FC specific character. Just like DBS has Arslan, but other armies using SoF can only get Druze, not the Druze Arslan. edit: looks like Hannibal can be Lt in Tunguska if you use SoF... very strange.
