Except we know as much from PsychoticStorm that costs/SWC are hand-entered. So, there just mustn't be enough payroll to CTRL+F the updates.
Imo hand entered fits in the thing I said above. I really hope it means that it's entered into a global state and not to each and every profile on every platform.
