According to that example, you declare Special Dodge instead.

You're saying that as if it's new information that hasn't been discussed endlessly already. :-(

...and this is when I post my semi-annual "Strike all mentions of 'Smoke Special Dodge' from the rulebook, because it causes more problems than it solves" ...post.

Also on topic(ish) are there any plans to get the rulings in one language ported over to the other?

Quoted you and my previous post. Yeah, HellLois "more or less" said "smoke dodge" is a BS attack because Smoke is a trait of a Weapon (grenade).
I say "more or less" because he has two (in my opinion) bad habits when answering this things: first, he closes always the thread (leading to some not really being solved at all) instead of marking the title and "forcing" his post just after the OP; second, instead of answering clearly, he prefers to quote other people's answers and place a "correct" there, without any kind of reasoning (which in a way I understand, since it seems like they do not keep a bible of rulings...).

    ok ok ok ok ok.
I will change the work method. I will let a few days open the thread after solving it. And I will write the answer instead of quote the correct answer, I did that because i dont want to "quit" the good answer of the forum users.

tomorrow i will give an answer to this post

Personally I think it's good to quote for the native english speakers.

Sometimes we read too much into your choice of words in english because the phrases aren't always the most natural way to put things, it is normal when people are speaking a second language. If someone has clearly said what you wanted to say already it's nice to have that quoted.

P.S: Thanks for all your effort with the rules lately, we complain a lot here but we really appreciate you working to make things clearer.

This. I think just leaving the thread open for a couple of days is sufficient to seek clarification if it's confusing.

Keeping the quotes is OK, but giving it more development than just "correct" lets us follow the reasoning, if explained.

Incidentally, you wanted to write "steal" instead of "quit". And I can't speak for others, but I personally am glad when a "final" answer gets given, regardless of who gets the merit among us players ;)
