TO camo trooper moves in b2b with Sixth Sense trooper. Since he is revealed for the whole duration of the order, 6sense trooper declares a BS attack. TO camo trooper declares CC attack.

    Sixth Sense says
Does 6sense trooper suffer -6 surprise attack modifier?
Martial Arts say they "gives a series of specific MODs and advantages to CC" but still apply againts any F2F roll, what about Sixth Sense?

The "specific MODs" in question are those in the MA table. Surprise attack is not one of them and will be ignored by the 6S trooper.

I think I wrote it in a confusing way - Sixth Sense trooper will still ignore -6 mod even if he makes BS attack, because even tho skill says "In close combat can ignore" he is considered in close combat since enemy reaches base contact?

I wish it just said "Ignores effects of Surprise Attack skill"

You just have to get used to the Infinity writing style.

It will be simplified in the next edition
