Last year, I ran Shasvastii to this ITS event--before they were cool. Now DF has been released, I decided to stay consistent and run SEF again, this time with the overpowered Sheshkiin. My faction decision was actually influenced by the mission lineup:

    - Frontline [I feel this mission is easier to win with second turn. But if I don't get it, Sheshkiin stands a good chance of eradicating an enemy army by herself anyway.]
    - Capture & Protect [A great mission for jammers, but by including a Tensho in a nox link, there's at least one model who can pick up a beacon without being isolated.]
    - Looting & Sabotaging [Calibans (and Sheshkiin) all come with D-charges now, and auto-hit on 20's even with the -3 mod from using D-charges in close combat. Coming out of marker state, they'll get at least one hit on it. If they get jammed, well there's potentially the Tensho who may be able to pick up D-charges of his own via the panopy.]
    - Decapitation [Sheshkiin makes a great Datatracker, and will insta-kill a designated target. Scarily, if they reveal a HD ARO piece as she goes in, Fatality L2 can be enough to knock out even something like a Posthuman sniper or Noctifer Missile.]
    - Engineering Deck [Probably the most balanced mission of the bunch, but SEF have a good mix of specialists and objective-room-storming pieces]

    My Primary list.

Sheshkiin really only needs the extra burst from the link team to go full OTT. By wildcarding as an M-drone, she groups into a haris where everyone has a nanoscreen, making it harder for a HD sniper to appear and pick off a linked straggler. Bringing a Gwailo HRL along can be handy as he's better than she is against certain targets, thanks to albedo or MSV2. The drone is really nice as a specialist, but also to sensor reveal juicy targets for her to engage in close combat or just shred with the red fury.

Double noctifer for classic ARO dominance on open tables. Deploy them in market state if you are going first. Double caliban COC so that loss of lieutenant never happens. The smg caliban is insanely good, on a level with ninja KHD. Remember to switch to AP rounds against light targets so you can leave a corpse ready for dinner.

    My Secondary list

I created this list to take over on tables where the terrain would be very cluttered and long LOS lanes minimal. The noctifers are dropped here and the Taigha creatures picked up. Sheshkiin joins the big defensive link team, making her a little less mobile while linked, but brutal at long range with all the buffs. Hoping that the opponent will conservatively hide things in total cover for fear of her wrath (or even just to avoid the offensive Q-drone), the caliban in this list is equipped with a spitfire to flank around and get the kills that Sheshkiin won't go after early game. The creatures can be sent ahead of him to soften the enemy up if needed.

This was a great series! I thoroughly enjoyed watching it and definitely learned a few things.

I loved the Intel Alpha list, especially. It just seems like such a tight list that has a good deal of flexibility with the Haris link. I also liked the decision to double up on the Caliban and Noctifers and was just very impressed with the Caliban throughout these replays.

Thanks for putting it all together!
