This is just an incorrect statement. It is possible to not like that it is turned in, but it is perfectly easy to kneel with one's toe turned in like that without discomfort or awkwardness. There is some oddity in the way the thigh seems to wrap around the front of the shin, but that looks to be an error in the painting rather than the sculpting.
It's also possible that the model was slightly misassembled, and the leg got glued on at a weird angle. If that is the cause they should have redone it, but either way it does look weird right now. I really like the new Lizard, but I also liked the old Lizard, and so far the only TAG design I genuinely dislike is the Bultrak, so ymmv. I think the oddly cubical box on her left shoulder is weirdly incongruous with the rest of the design and it bugs me, but sometimes these things look better IRL so I'mma wait and see on that one. Sadface that we still don't have an EMGL Druze current sculpt, but it fits in with the weird CB tendency to just omit sculpts that are for the obvious go-to profiles...like the Haetae being issued with the HMG rather than the HRL loadout. Yeah, I mean I don't hate the new lizard. It's just really generic and boring and captures nothing of the previous sculpt's flavour at all.
